Milo Contact Form 7

Milo Contact Form 7

Creates subscriptions from Contact Form 7 submissions.

Setup

  1. Install and activate Contact Form 7 and Milo Contact Form 7.
  2. In Milo Subscriptions → Settings → General, make sure Enable Contact Form 7 integration is on (it is by default).
  3. Edit a contact form and open the Milo Subscriptions tab:
    • Tick Create a subscription on submission.
    • Pick the Billing mode.

WooCommerce mode

Set Subscription product ID to a simple subscription product’s ID. On submission, Milo finds or creates the customer from the submitted email, creates a completed order for the product, and creates the subscription from it. The subscription carries a note naming the form.

No payment is collected by the form: use this for free plans, invoiced customers, or flows where payment is handled separately.

Standalone mode

Set Plan slug to a standalone plan’s slug. On submission, the browser is redirected to the plan’s Stripe Checkout, where payment happens. The subscription is created when Stripe confirms.

Field names

CF7 fields are referenced by their form-tag names. The defaults match CF7’s own template: your-email and your-name. Change them in the tab if your form uses different names.

Notes

  • The subscription is created once the submission passes validation, before the notification mail is sent, so a broken mail configuration never blocks sign-ups.
  • Submissions with an invalid or missing email are ignored.
  • The global toggle lives in Milo Subscriptions → Settings → General → Contact Form 7.
