Turn any WPForms form into a subscription sign-up. A short application form, a pledge form, a membership request: when it’s submitted, Milo creates the subscription.

• Works with WPForms Lite, no paid WPForms tier required
• WooCommerce mode: creates the customer, the order, and the subscription from any subscription product
• Standalone mode: no WooCommerce needed; the customer is redirected straight to the plan’s Stripe Checkout
• Email and name fields detected automatically; explicit field IDs when you need them

Enable “Create a subscription on submission” in the form’s settings, pick the billing mode, point it at a subscription product (or a standalone plan slug), and publish. That’s it.
